Shihristani, Shawees discuss oil pending issues between FG, Kurdistan RegionG

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier for the Energy Affairs, Hussien al-Shihristani, and the Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs, Ruz Nouri Shawees, exchanged the viewpoints over the pending issues related to oil between Federal Government and the Kurdistani Regional Government.”

A statement by Shihristani’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Shihristani received Shawees and the Minister of the Natural Resources within Kurdistan RegionG, Ashti Horami, at his office in Baghdad on Sunday.”

“For his part, Horami confirmed Kurdistan Region adherence to submit the oil produced in Kurdistan Region to the Federal Government to export it,” the statement concluded.
