State Budget 2013 to focus on energy, municipality projects, says Shukri

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Planning, Ali al-Shukri, assured “The 2013 State Budget focuses on projects of energy and municipalities.”The Minister reported in statement to IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The State Budget of 2013 is limited because of the many continuous investment projects and thus there will be few number of new projects.””The new projects will focus on ministries of Oil, Electricity and Municipalities,” he added, pointing out that ”The lack of projects and its limitations is an unfortunate matter.” The Council of Ministers has endorsed the law project of the State Budget 2013 which reached (138) trillion on October 2012. \
