 350 IDPs return back to their liberated areas in Nineveh

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced on Saturday, that 350 displaced persons returned back to their liberated areas in the province of Nineveh. The ministry also revealed that the coming days will witness the return of the majority of displaced people to their areas.

The ministry said in a press statement, “350 displaced persons in Gogjali area, returned back to their liberated areas in Nimrud, Salamiyah, al-Makhlat, Numaniyah, al-Sayed Hamad, Hamam al-Alil, Qayyarah and Katba.”

The statement further added that the ministry allocated buses to transfer displaced people to their areas, as well as providing them with the needed food aid.

Moreover, the ministry pointed out that the majority of displaced families will return back to their liberated areas in the coming few days.
