(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Sunday, al-Rutba District Council announced on Sunday the return of 70 percent of the displaced families to their areas in the district.

The Head of the district council, Emad al-Dulaimi, said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “70 percent of the residents of al-Rutba have returned to their houses in the city (310 km west of Ramadi),” pointing out that, “Life has come back to normal in the city.”

He added, “The municipal, health and civil defense departments and a number of other departments have returned to practice their work to provide services to the people of the city.”
