(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – Dijla Operations Command announced on Sunday, that 88 displaced families had returned to their homes in Sansal Plain northeast of Baqubah, stressing that the operations to bring the displaced people back into the liberated areas of the province are continuing.

Commander of Dijla Operations, Lt. Gen. Maher al-Izzawi, in a statement issued to the media, said, “88 displaced families returned to their houses in Sansal Plain (45 km northeast of Baqubah),” adding, “Dijla Operations is working to support the return of the displaced to their areas and end their sufferings.”
