Abadi arrives in Abu Hanifa mosque in Baghdad to participate in Prophet’s birthday celebrations
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Friday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi arrived in Abu Hanifa mosque to participate in the celebrations of the Prophet’s birthday being held there.
Reporter of IraqiNews.com said that Abadi arrived on Thursday evening in Abu Hanifa mosque in Adhamiya district (northern Baghdad) to participate in the Prophet’s birthday celebrations organized by the Sunni Endowment in the mosque.
House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri arrived earlier on Friday to Abu Hanifa mosque, accompanied by Interior Minister Mohammed Ghaban, Head of the Presidential Office Naseer al-Ani and Head of the Baghdad Provincial Council Riad Adhad to participate in the celebrations of Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.
