(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Tuesday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has arrived in Ramadi after the city’s liberation from ISIS.

A security source in Anbar Province said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi arrived in Ramadi to check the city after its liberation from ISIS,” adding that, “Abadi was accompanied by the commander of the army’s ground forces Riyadh Jalal, the Commander of the Anti-Terrorism forces Lt. Gen. Abdul-Ghani al-Asadi, the Commander of Anbar police Maj. Gen. Hadi Razig, in addition to a number of the Ministry of Defense’s officials.
