(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The giant social networking website ‘Facebook’, after the suicide bombing at Karrada, has activated ‘Safety Check’ feature for Iraqi nationals who uses the social networking site for communicating with friends and relatives.

The ‘Safety Check’ allows users to ‘check-in’ and let family and friends know that they are safe.

Now, Iraqi nationals using Facebook can use this feature and let their friends know about their safety after any terrorist attack or other catastrophe.

It may mentioned here that after the November 2015 Paris attack, this feature has received unprecedented support and response across the world and ever since it has been introduced every time a Baghdad-like tragedy has struck the world.
