IHEC allocates guidebook for mute, deaf

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC, Kalishan Kamal, stated that ”The elections commission decided to allocate an aspect of the elections propaganda for the mute and deaf to urge them participate in the elections of the provincial councils.”She reported in statement to IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The latest meeting of the commission’s members resulted to focus on many things, including a suggestion to allocate an aspect of the propaganda to the disabled people by pasting the posters that explain how to vote and participate in the elections.””The Ministry of Sports and Youth signed understanding memorandums with the Elections Commission to take advantage of the forums in the provinces to urge the disabled people to participate in the upcoming elections,” she added. \
