Inaugurating Qishla building in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Building of the Qishla O’clock has been inaugurated in the Iraqi Capital, Baghdad, within the activities of festival Baghdad, the Capital of Arabic Culture for 2013.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by official figures as well as Arab cultural delegations which arrived to attend the festival.

The O’clock resumed ringing its bills which stopped for years after being rehabilitated.
