Internal Affairs employees protest against their transfer in Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – 70 officers in the Ministry of Interior demonstrated on Thursday in front of Mr. Mohammed Sadr’s office in the city of Sadr east of the capital Baghdad against their transfer.

IraqiNews reporter said, “This morning, about 70 officers working in the affairs of the Ministry of Interior demonstrated in front of Mr. Sadr’s office in Sadr City in protest against their transfer to the federal police department.”

“The demonstrators demanded the intervention of Sadrest leaders to prevent their transfer,” the reporter added.
