Kartani: MoH fails in developing medical experiences

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Health and Environment Parliamentary Committee, MP Hamza al-Kartani, of the Iraqiya Slate accused the Ministry of Health of “failing in developing the medical cadres and spending a lot of money on inefficient conferences that aim for entertainment as well as fighting the medical experiences by depriving them from assuming the suitable posts.”He reported to IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The Health and Environment Parliamentary Committee is anxious to provide the efficient cadres with high experiences to work within Ministry of Health.””The Iraqi efficient medical cadres are migrating abroad due to deterioration of the security situation and for the political quota principle which is adopted in the state institutions; therefore, we see most of medical cadres are affiliated for particular political side,” the statement added.”All these reasons have negatively been reflected on the medical performance of the Ministry of Health and prevented medical experiences from returning to Iraq,” the statement pointed out. \
