SJC stresses preparing its financial budget away of Ministry of Finance intervention

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Supreme Judicial Council stressed the necessity to prepare its financial budget away from intervention of the Ministry of Finance .The Supreme Judiciary Authority reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”A joint delegation headed by the Secretary General of the SJC, Ali Allaq, and the membership of the judge, Ahmed al-Hilaly in addition to the judge, Ahmed Hashim al-Amedi, of the Iraqi Judiciary Association in the Finance Parliamentary Committee, held a meeting attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance, Fadhel Nabi Othman.””The judicial delegation discussed the suggested financial budget of the SJC, with the Head of the Financial Committee,” the statement added, stressing ”The importance to adopt constitutional principles in preparing financial budget, which will be announced in details soon.” \END\
