Starting receiving requests of former regime’s army officers

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) The Command of the Iraqi Army Second Division of Nineveh province started to receive the documents for those willing to return to service in the Iraqi Army forces.

A source of the IA 2nd Division reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday that ”The Second Division has received more than (140) documents belong to officers of the former Iraqi Army who are willing to return to the forces of the Iraqi Army,” noting that ” The applicants are submitted by lieutenant colonel ranks and below.”

The source added “The requests will be received for a month long, starting from, today, Saturday, according to the instructions of the Premier Nouri al-Maliki during his last visit to Mosul city.” \
