Traffic directorate denies preventing Kurdistan vehicles from travelling in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The General Traffic Directorate denied reports over preventing vehicles that carry registration plates from Kurdistan Region from entering into Baghdad.

The director of the media and relations department, Brigadier Najim Abed Jaber, stated to IraqiNews.com on Saturday ”The reports related to the prevention of the vehicles, which belong to Kurdistan Region, from getting into Baghdad,” noting that “Yet, we assure that all the vehicles are subject to inspection and punishment if they violate legal procedures.”

Some media outlets reported news about the general traffic directorate deciosn over forbiding vehicles coming from Kurdistan Region from entering Baghdad. \
