Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) The Local Government announced next Wednesday as an official holiday.The Governor of Nineveh province, Atheel al-Nijaifi, reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The local government decided to announce next Wednesday as a holiday in the province in order to facilitate the process of receiving the elections Electronic Cards for the employees of the governmental institutions.”The Independent High Electoral Commission started the distribution of elections E-Cards weeks ago where the commission revealed distributing about (16) million cards throughout Iraq till, yesterday, Monday. \END\
