30 civilians killed, injured in Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) 12 civilians were killed and 18 others injured due to the explosion of two car bombs of southern Babel.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “A car bomb exploded near a public market and another car bomb exploded in a garage in al-Shumali district of northern Babel resulted in killing 12 citizens and injuring 18 others.”

“The ambulances hurried to the explosions areas and started to transfer the deaths to the morgue and the injured to the hospitals for treatment,” the source added.

“The security force seized the area anticipating for unexpected attacks,” the source concluded.
