18 persons, killed, injured in central Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Two persons were killed while 16 others were injured due to an Improvised Explosive Device IED in al-Fadhil neighborhood of central Baghdad.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED that was emplaced near a market in Fadhil neighborhood late at last night, thus resulted in killing two persons and injuring 16 others.”

“Security force cordoned off the incident spot, then transported the injured persons to a hospital while the dead bodies were sent to the morgue,” the source added.
