Liberation of Fallujah will be faster than Ramadi, says Anbar Governor

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The Governor of Anbar Province, Suhaib al-Rawi, announced on Wednesday, that the liberation of Fallujah is going to be a lot faster than retaking the city of Ramadi, while emphasized that the local government has completed the establishment of safe paths and havens for the displaced.

Rawi’s Office said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, that the latter “visited a camp belonging to al-Hashed al-Sha’bi in Ramadi and met with the commanders, while listened to a detailed explanation of the military set plans to liberate the rest of the province,” adding that, “The liberation regiments will be launched towards areas under ISIS control. The liberation of Fallujah is coming and it will be faster than Ramadi.”
