(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – On Monday, Salahuddin police chief Maj. Gen. Hamad al-Namas announced, that the security forces have managed to dismantle 1500 IEDs in the city of Tikrit.

Maj. Gen. Hamad al-Namas said in a press conference attended by IraqiNews.com, “Security forces managed to dismantle more than 1500 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in Tikrit since its liberation and until now,” pointing out that, “There are still hundreds of explosives in the city.”
