Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, the leader of Ablu Nimr tribe, sheikh Mahmoud al-Nimrawy announced the death of 16 ISIS elements, including the military commander of Heet in western Anbar.

Al-Nimrawy said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews, “Iraqi joint forces has carried out an offensive operation in al-Kabisat in Heet district, located in western Anbar. The operation resulted in killing 16 ISIS elements, including a senior leader and the military commander of Heet, Abdul-Rahman al-Masri, an Egyptian national who fights with ISIS.”
