Security forces liberate 2 areas in Amiriyat Fallujah, 20 ISIS members killed

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Tuesday, Anbar Provincial Council announced liberating two areas in the center of Amiriyat Fallujah from the ISIS control, while pointed out to the killing of 20 members of ISIS during the operation.
The security committee member in Anbar province Rajaa Barakat al-Issawi said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The cleansing battles of Fallujah southern axis in Ameriya vicinity that were launched this morning, resulted in the cleansing of Albu Youssef and al-Fohailat areas,” noting that, “The operation also resulted in the killing of 20 ISIS members.”
Issawi added, “The next few hours will witness the liberation of other parts of Amiriyah,” pointing out that, “The security forces will advance to the southern and western entrances of Fallujah in preparation to cleanse central Fallujah in the coming days.”
