 21 terrorists killed, 3 vehicles destroyed in Fallujah, says Defense Ministry

(IraqiNew.com) Baghdad – The Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday, the killing of 21 ISIS elements, including Saudi senior leader, and the destruction of three vehicles in Fallujah.

The ministry said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “A force of the Military Intelligence Directorate directed today a missile strike on ISIS sites in Fallujah.”

the ministry added, “The bombing resulted in the killing of 21 elements, including the terrorist leader Abu Abdullah, who holds Saudi citizenship,” indicating that, “The force managed to destroy three vehicles and several ISIS headquarters in Fallujah.”

Security forces began on Wednesday (July 1, 2015) a military operation to liberate al-Heitaoyen area in the south of Fallujah.
