 22 ISIS elements killed in shelling by federal police east of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The federal police captain Raed Jawdat said Friday, that 22 ISIS elements were either killed or injured in a bombardment by the federal police east of Ramadi.

The federal police captain Raed Jawdat said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “A force from the Rockets Battalion of the Federal Police bombed a gathering for ISIS in Albu Murad area, located east of Ramadi, killing 16 members of the organization and wounding six others.”

Jawdat pointed out, “The senior leaders, Maher Jamal Jazzae, and three Arab nationals were among the dead, and among the injured was Mohammed Jamal Jazzae,” indicating also that, “The shelling resulted in the destruction of four vehicles for the organization.”
