(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Sunday, a security source in Anbar province announced, that 35 elements of ISIS had been either killed or wounded in an aerial bombardment east of the city of Ramadi.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi Air Force and the army have launched painful strikes against ISIS in Albu Shajl area in Khalidiya Island (23 km east of Ramadi), killing 20 members of the organization and wounding 15 others.”

The source, who asked not anonymity, added: “the bombardment resulted in destroying three tankers loaded with fuel and three vehicles carrying weapons and munitions, in addition to destroying five boats.”
