Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that 45 elements of the ISIS group have been killed and 5 armored vehicles were destroyed in an aerial bombing by the army’s air force in areas north of Tikrit.
The source stated to IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi Air Force (IAF) have carried out intensive air strikes on a number of headquarters and gathering sites for the ISIS group militants in central Biji district, the area of al-Siniyah and the village of Albu Jawari (40 km north of Tikrit),” pointing out that, “The aerial bombing resulted in killing 45 ISIS elements and burning 5 armored vehicles that belonged to the group.”
