(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A source in the Peshmerga forces announced on Tuesday, that five members of the so-called ISIS had been either killed or wounded in a shelling carried out by the international coalition aviation targeted a car equipped with weapons and explosives in Hawija, southwest of Kirkuk (250 km north of Baghdad).

The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “This morning, the international coalition aviation shelled a car equipped with weapons and explosives belonging to ISIS on the outskirts of Hawija (45 km southwest of Kirkuk), killing three ISIS members and wounding two others. ”

The source, who asked anonymity, added, “The bombing also destructed the entire vehicle.”
