5000 IEDs and rockets diffused in Fallujah

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Civil Defense Directorate in Anbar province announced about diffusing 5000 shells and rockets during security operations in Fallujah and added that ISIS has booby-trapped hundreds of buildings.
Civil Defense Directorate Director Fawzy Fareeh in a statement issued to the media said, “Security forces diffused 5000 shells and rockets during an operation launched to secure several areas of Fallujah. Members of the Civil Defense Directorate marked each building they secured.”
Fareeh added, “ISIShas booby-trapped hundreds of buildings in Fallujah and planted many IEDs as well.”
