6 people killed, wounded in bomb blast west of Baghdad

( Baghdad – A source in the Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday, that six people had been either killed or wounded in a bomb blast west of Baghdad.

The source said in an interview for “A bomb exploded, this evening, near commercial stores for selling furniture in al-Iskan area west of Baghdad, resulting in the death of one person and wounding five others.”

The source, who asked anonymity, added: “Ambulances rushed to the area and transported the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment and the body of the dead man to the forensic medicine department.”
