65 wanted – suspects arrested in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Security forces arrested 65 wanted people and suspects in raid operations throughout Ninewa, an authorized source from Ninewa Operations Command said on Monday. “Today, a force from the national police arrested 17 suspects in a raid operation western Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “At the same time, another force arrested 17 wanted people in western and mid Mosul,” he said. “A team of the Iraqi army 3 rd division today defused a car bomb in Tal Afar suburb, 60 km to the west of Mosul, while another force arrested the car’s owner at an Iraqi army checkpoint at Tal Afar’s entry,” he added. “A force from the Iraqi army arrested three wanted people western Mosul, another force arrested eight wanted persons also western Mosul, while a third force arrested 14 suspects southeastern Mosul,” he noted. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR   1
