7 dead, 17 wounded by suicide bomber in army location south of Tikrit

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A security source in Nineveh province on Wednesday stated that 7 soldiers were killed and 17 others were injured in a suicide bombing that targeted one of the army locations in south of Tikrit.

The suicide bomber targeted an army troop in one of the army camps in south of Tikrit. The source said that “The wounded soldiers were moved quickly to receive medical treatment in a nearby hospital and the seven dead to the morgue of the Forensic Medical Authority in Baghdad.”
