914 Christian volunteers join Peshmerga forces in Nineveh

(IraqiNews.com) Dohuk – Kurdish military official announced on Monday, that more than 900 Christian volunteers a military course have joined the formations of the Peshmerga forces, noting that the volunteers will perform their duties in the Nineveh area.

Media official of the training center of the Peshmerga said in press statement, ” 914 volunteers from the Christians of Nineveh area completed a military course in a training center in Bachkabour area west of Dohuk,” noting that, “the duration of the session lasted for two months.”
