Airborne military reinforcements arrive in Ramadi, says Defense Ministry

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday the arrival of different military reinforcement by the army’s airborne fleet in the city of Ramadi.
The ministry said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Military reinforcements that were carried by the army’s airborne fleet have arrived to back the security forces in Ramadi,” adding that, “A force from the 8th Brigade managed to destroy a rocket launcher in Ameriyat al-Fallujah and an entire building where ISIS militants had gathered in a meeting in al-Karma area.”
