Al-Badiya and al-Jazeera Operations announces liberating the eastern part of Baghdadi District

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of al-Badiya and al-Jazeera operations, Major General Ali Ibrahim Dbon, announced on Saturday, that the security forces took control of the eastern part of Baghdadi western Ramadi.
Dbon said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The eastern part of Baghdadi (90 km west of Ramadi) has been controlled by the security forces, after a large-scale military operation by the fighters of al-Hashed al-Shaabi and clans, in addition to the attribution of the air force.”
Dbon added, “The security forces and tribal fighters have killed 125 ISIS elements, including suicide bombers,” pointing to “the destruction of eight vehicles and the dismantling of 250 explosive devices.”
