Anti-terrorism Force announces full liberalization of Anbar University

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Anti-terrorism announced on Sunday the liberation of Anbar University, indicating that the Iraqi flag has been raised over the buildings of the university.
Deputy Commander of the Anti-Terrorism Operations in Anbar province, Brigadier General Abdul Amir al-Khazraji, said in an interview for IraqiNews.com:”The anti-terrorism forces managed dawn today to liberate Anbar University from the control of ISIS,” indicating that, “This came after violent clashes lasted for hours.”
Khazraji added that, “the clashes led to the fall of dozens of ISIS elements,” noting that, “those forces raised the Iraqi flag over the buildings of the university.”
