Baghdad OC : Karrada car bomb took place near old central markets

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The official spokesperson of Baghdad Operations Command, Brigadier Saad Maan, declared that an explosion of a car bomb took place near the old central markets in Karrada area of central Baghdad.Maan declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The car bomb, which was left nearby the building of the old central markets of central Baghdad, resulted in wounding several persons, among them police elements, and caused material damages to civil and police vehicles.”Earlier, security source reported to IraqiNews.com that ”A car bomb exploded nearby Albo-Shuja’ Mosque, and resulted in killing a person and wounding nine others.” \END\
