Blast near Baquba kills volunteer soldier, wounds 2 others

(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – Iraqi media outlets reported on Tuesday, that a member of al-Hashed al-Shaabi militia was killed and two others were wounded in the explosion of an improvised explosive device, northeast of Baqubah.
Alsumaria News stated, “This evening, an improvised explosive device exploded targeting a patrol in the orchards of al-Zour area (35 km northeast of Baqubah), killing a member of al-Hashed al-Shaabi and wounding two others.”
“Joint security detachments started to search the area of incident,” Alsumaria added.
