BoC: 50 terrorists killed in western Baghdad and al-Karma

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, Baghdad Operations Command announced, that 50 terrorists have been killed during operations in western Baghdad and al-Karma district.
Baghdad Operation said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews, “The Army’s Air Force has managed to destroy 4 hideouts for the ISIS group militants in the area of al-Karma,” pointing out that, “The operation resulted in killing 5 terrorists and destroying an armored vehicle that belonged to them.”
The statement noted, “For their part, warplanes of the U.S.-led coalition carried out air strikes on ISIS sites and killed 10 elements of the group in northern al-Karma, while a force from the Army’s 14th Division has killed 35 terrorists in an operation in the area of al-Ietr, located in western Baghdad.”
