Bomb blast kills, wounds 9 people in Abu Ghraib west of Bagdhad

( Baghdad – A source in the Iraqi police said on Friday, that nine people had been either killed or injured in a bomb blast west of Baghdad.

The source said in a brief statement received by, “Today, an explosive device exploded near a number of shops in the district of Abu Ghraib west of Baghdad, resulting in the death of one person and wounding nine others,” pointing out that, “A security force rushed to the area of the incident and transferred the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment and the dead body to the forensic medicine authority.”
