Bomb blast south of Baghdad, nine casualties

( BAGHDAD – A source in the Ministry of Interior informed on Wednesday a bomb blast in a market south of Baghdad killed two civilians and injured seven others.

“The bomb exploded today morning near a fruit and vegetable market,” the source further informed.

The police adopted strict measures around the bomb sites. Ambulances carried the injured to a nearby hospital.
