(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Wednesday, a police source announced, that an employee in the Ministry of Electricity was wounded in an adhesive bomb blast in southern Baghdad.

The source said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Today, an adhesive improvised explosive device emplaced under the car of an employee in the Ministry of Electricity exploded when he was passing in al-Rasheed area in southern Baghdad”

The source added, “The wounded was transferred to the hospital to receive treatment, while an investigation was opened into the circumstances of the incident.”
