Bomb leaves boy’s leg amputated in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A boy injured in a bomb attack in Mosul has had one of his legs amputated, a police source said on Saturday. “This evening, an explosive charge hit an Iraqi army patrol vehicle in al-Tahreer neighborhood, eastern Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The blast wounded a 13-year-old boy, who has had one of his legs amputated, the source pointed out. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. SS (P)/SR 2
