(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Tuesday, a security source in Baghdad province said, that one civilian has been killed and seven others were injured in a bomb blast in eastern Baghdad.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, informed IraqiNews.com, “This afternoon, a bomb that was emplaced inside a vehicle has went off in Palestine Street in eartern Baghdad,” noting that, “The explosion resulted in killing one civilian and injuring at least seven others.”

“A security force blockaded the area of the incident, while ambulances transferred the injured to a near hospital and the dead to the Forensic Medicine Authority,” the source also added.
