(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source within the police force revealed on Monday, that three civilians have been injured in a car bomb blast in the area of al-Yusifiyah south of Baghdad.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, informed IraqiNews.com, “This evening, a booby-trapped vehicle exploded in the area of Yusifiyah in southern Baghdad, resulting in the injury of three civilians,” adding that, “A security force cordoned off the area of the incident and prevented approaching it, while the injured were transferred to the hospital for medical treatment.”
