Car bomb explodes northern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Three persons were injured due to a car bomb explosion northern Baghdad on Friday evening.

“A car bomb parked near Tarmiya area (30 km) to the north of Baghdad, exploded, targeting a police patrol,” security source told IraqiNews.com on Friday, noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring three persons, among them a policeman.”

“Security forces rushed towards the blast area and transported the injuries to the nearest hospital,” the source concluded.
