Car bomb kills 2, injures 8 including two soldiers in eastern Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Wednesday, a source within the police force in Baghdad said that a car bomb explosion has killed two people and injured 8 others in the area of Jamila.
The source informed IraqiNews.com “This morning, a bomb that was set inside a vehicle went off in the area of Jamila in eastern Baghdad,” pointing out that, “The explosion resulted in two deaths and 8 injuries, including two soldiers.”
“Security forces and ambulances ran into the area; the dead were transferred to the Forensic Medicine Authority and the injured to a near hospital,” the source added.
