2 Civilians killed, wounded in Mosul [07/18/2013]

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) An employee of the Ministry of Oil was killed and his nephew was wounded during an armed attack to the south of Mosul.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”An armed group opened fire using machine guns targeting an employee of the Oil products department while he was driving his personal vehicle near Salbi village of southern Mosul.””The gunmen flee after killing the employee and wounding his nephew who was with the victim at the incident time,” the source added.”The security forces attended the incident area transporting the employee’s dead body to the morgue and his wounded nephew to the nearest hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
