Diwaniya police tightens security measures following receiving threats

Diwaniya (IraqiNews.com) Diwaniya police intensified its security measures following receiving threats from armed groups which try to target the city during Ramadan.

Director of Diwaniya Police, Abdul Jalil al-Asadi told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Saturday “Diwaniya police received terrorist threats to target the city’s security during Ramadan.”

Asadi added “The Police Command tightened its security measures and the intelligence efforts on background of receiving these tips.”
