Dohuk police finds Peshmerga dean alive after disappearance for several days

(IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, Dohuk Police Department announced, that a dean in Peshmerga forces was found alive after he had disappeared for several days, attributing the reason for his disappearance to a “a psychological crisis.”

Dohuk police chief Brigadier Tariq Ahmed said during a press conference, attended by IraqiNews.com, “On Tuesday afternoon, a dean in the Peshmerga forces, Jalal Mohammed Hassan—reported missing—was found alive in a valley in Baeidri area by the police,” explaining that, “he had disappeared for several days.”

Ahmed added, “Dohuk Police Department formed a special committee to search for him,” stressing that, “After conducting an investigation with him, we discovered that a psychological crisis was behind his disappearance. Now, his psychological condition is stable.”

Dohuk police chief stated, “The dean did not receive any death threats from any side,” noting that, “He has gone through similar psychological cases before.”
