Security forces confiscate car bomb north of Wasit

Wasit (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi security forces confiscated a booby-trapped vehicle, along with its driver, north of Wasit Province, member of Wasit Provincial Council revealed on Monday.
Mahdi Younis, member of Wasit Provincial Council, said in a press statement, “Iraqi security forces confiscated a booby-trapped vehicle, along with its driver, in al-Taj vicinity, north of the province.”
Noteworthy, Iraqi forces tightened its security procedures in the main checkpoints on the entrances of the province to prevent any violations.
